These terms apply to your use of assist-ai.uk and marshalassistai.co.uk. By using either site you accept them. They cover the websites only. Any service we provide to a venue is governed by a separate written contract, and if that contract says something different, the contract wins.
About us
These sites are run by Assist AI Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17086665, registered office 45 Boscawen Woods, Truro, TR1 1UE. Marshal Assist AI, Surf Assist AI, Slope Assist AI and Football Assist AI are products of Assist AI Ltd. Contact us at sales@assist-ai.uk or on 07405 281495.
Our products assist people. They do not replace them.
Our products are tools that help trained staff such as marshals, lifeguards and ski patrol notice incidents sooner. They do not detect every incident, they can raise alerts that turn out to be nothing, and they depend on camera placement, lighting, weather, connectivity and power.
They are not a safety system in their own right and must never be used in place of the staff, procedures, supervision or risk assessments a venue is required to have. Responsibility for the safety of everyone at a venue stays with the venue operator at all times.
Information on these sites
The content on these sites is general information about our products and is not an offer or a guarantee of performance. Descriptions, images and demonstrations may show features in development or show footage prepared for illustration. What we will actually supply, and how it will perform, is set out only in a signed contract. We work to keep the sites accurate but they may contain errors or become out of date, and we may change them at any time.
Acceptable use
You must not use the sites in any way that is unlawful, that tries to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or that introduces viruses or other harmful code.
Intellectual property
The content on these sites belongs to us or is used with permission, including text, logos, product names, images, video and software. You may view and print pages for your own business evaluation. You may not copy, republish or use any of it commercially without our written permission.
Links to other sites
Links to sites we do not run are provided for convenience only. We are not responsible for their content.
Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
Subject to that, we provide these websites free of charge and without any warranty, and we are not liable to you for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, these websites or their content. This includes loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or data, and any indirect or consequential loss.

Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
